I like it
I was a little skeptical about singing up with this hosting provider. However, it has proven to be quite stable, offers a lot of features. They also have excellent support team who has always managed to help me out with any problems that I have to admit were caused by my mistakes. Great service in comparison to the number of hosting providers I have dealt with.
It's a disappointment
And there I thought it would be a greatest hosting provider I could ever hope for. What a fool I am.
Their Web Site Builder is easy to use and I have been using their services for my websites for several years, but I'm not happy with the pricing any more. And there's no customer service. It's simply nonexistent. I never heard back from them, not even once. And I'm with them for more than two years already.
They shut us down
Yahoo shut our community website and never told us why. It's really hard to get to them. We called several times and when we finally managed to get somebody there to talk to they refused to give us any information at all. We'v lost our database our web presence until we figure out how to solve the problem.
Is there any support at all?
They hardly ever responded to any of numerous emails I'v sent them.
It took them days to solve a php mail problem. During that time, they did not respond to my inquiries. Their technical staff is not 24/7 at all. Perhaps on the surface they look like a great hosting provider, but once you start actually using their services you start seeing the lack of the technical expertise and support staff they have.
